Returns & Refund Policy
How Do I Return an Item?
We want you to Luv your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
To start the return process, email us at luv2beadjewelry@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging,
- We cannot accept returns with stains, broken seals, folded cards, or damaged packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return conditions.
Note: Incorrectly ordered items, and products damaged due to customer mishandling are non-returnable.
What If I Received a Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item?
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’re here to help! Please contact our Customer Support team via our FAQ's page.
When reaching out, include:
✔ Order number
✔ Proof of purchase
✔ Photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
✔ Complete delivery address
✔ Contact phone number
In some cases, a video or photo may be required for proof before we process a replacement or refund.
How Long Does the Return Process Take?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
- For defective items, a full refund will be issued.
- For non-defective items, refunds exclude all shipping and handling fees.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days of processing your return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank. Processing times may vary—please contact your bank for updates on when the funds will be posted to your account.

- Check with your bank or credit card provider—it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
